Event Branding & Collateral

Each year, I oversee the full design and production process for the University of Iowa College of Dentistry’s Dental Alumni Reunion. This event requires a broad range of print and digital materials, beginning with a Save the Date postcard sent out each winter and followed by a comprehensive brochure mailed during the summer leading up to the event.

In addition to these mailers, I create all supporting materials needed for the event itself, including plaques, table tents, interactive pieces, name tags, seating charts, and signage. My role extends beyond design—I coordinate with outside vendors for professionally produced items, and for some materials, I handle printing and assembly in our in-house print shop.

For each year’s reunion, I craft a distinct visual identity that gives the event a fresh, welcoming feel while remaining consistent with the University of Iowa’s brand standards. The result is a cohesive and professional suite of materials that enhances both the guest experience and the college’s ongoing relationship with its alumni community.
